Reservation Policy:
All new reservations must be made 24 hours in advance except for the John Muir Suite where one full week advance notice is required. A two night stay is preferred in the Lookout Room and Joaquin Murrietta Room. A two night stay is required in the John Muir Suite unless special circumstances are discussed with the innkeepers. In order to verify availability of funds, your credit card will be authorized (but not charged) at the time of booking. CANCELLATION POLICY: From date of booking until midnight on the 15th day prior and after midnight on the 14th day prior to scheduled arrival, a cancellation will result in a 15% fee of the total stay's price charged to your credit card. From one second after midnight on the 14th day prior to scheduled arrival a cancellation will result in a 100% fee of the entire stay charged to your credit card. FOR HOLIDAY TIMES: Instead of two weeks, one full month will apply.
